  Turning on this pendant lamp instantly creates a cozy atmosphere in the relaxed aura of its glow. The glass shade is a suitable size for smaller spaces. Its milky shade and gentle shape balance it somewhere between unobtrusive and striking. And then you have the adjustable height feature! A fascinating pulley system counterbalanced by weighty beads contained in a metal column counterweight allows you to smoothly adjust the height with a simple pull. I love the idea of hanging it in a reading nook and pulling it down to the perfect height for illuminating the pages of your book, then raising it when no longer in use.
