  I am a Cylindrical Box of Air. I take up space by making space.

   

• Curator's Notes 

  Each Box of Air feels different despite sharing the same idea. Where the square version, found here, recalls architecture and defined spaces, the cylinder feels continuous. There is no obvious front, back, or corner. The eye simply moves around it without interruption.
  
  The black overglaze gives the form a quiet weight, while the softened edges keep it from feeling severe. Whether left empty or used to frame a small arrangement or treasured object, this version encourages you to experience the space it encloses from every angle.
