I am a Petty Knife. Don’t get me confused for something I’m not. I would never boast about my slick handle or sharp blade – That’s something only a petty man would do.
This knife has a traditional Japanese Petty knife shaped blade. It is so handy to have around the kitchen for small tasks on a cutting board. Similar to a paring knife, it can also be employed in the hand to pare fruit and vegetables. The Ambai cutting knives fit comfortably in the hand and feature high-performance cutting blades made by a renowned stainless steel blade manufacturer in the Gifu prefecture of Japan.
