We’ve used a lot of chopsticks over the years, but these bamboo ones from Azmaya have a charm all their own. They have a nice balance and are beautifully tapered, with a precise point that feels great for everyday eating. On the knuckle version, the small decorative notch at the top is a little echo of the bamboo node that feels honest to the material. The version without the knuckle has a cleaner, sleeker look, but both share the same natural ease in the hand. Simple, well-made, and so elegant.
