I am a Herringbone Leather Rug. From this vantage point, I see straight through to the depths of your soles.
The issue with rugs is that they pick up dirt and marks from being stepped on. Hender Scheme turns this negative into a positive with the use of leather for a mat. A well-weathered piece of leather carries natural marks from age that actually add to its beauty. This rug was made from the same high quality leather that Hender Scheme uses for the insoles and soles of their hand-crafted shoes. The varying finishes laid out in a herringbone pattern is reminiscent of tiles but a great deal more comfortable beneath the feet. Durable and unique, it's a rug that will be loved for a long time.
