I am a Palma Grill Pan. I leave a mark wherever I go. What you call dinner, I call a composition. I make you look like a pro while delivering a masterpiece.
I’ve always liked the feel of this pan in my hands. The arch of the handles and the angle just make sense. It’s one of those small details you don’t realize matters until you’re lifting a heavy cast iron pan off the stove. Designed by Jasper Morrison, someone we’ve long admired for his clarity and restraint, this pan fits right into the kind of objects we’re drawn to at Nalata Nalata... understated and built to be used every day.
The grill marks appear like a signature, and everything you cook feels a little more considered. A client once told us they liked using it for grilled watermelon with honey and lime, which we tried and have been making ever since. It’s that kind of tool that you reach for when you want to turn a simple ingredient into something memorable.
