• Curator's Notes 

  I love how this glass is both elegant and unique yet casual and approachable. It blends beautifully into any occasion, but begs a moment of attention to its slim stem and unexpected cylindrical bowl shape. Beyond wine, it can house such a wide range of drinks or desserts like parfaits and affagotos. A wonderful glass that has quickly become our go-to.

  • Cup, stem, and base are each hand blown separately then combined with a specialty technique called 'stem attachment' to produce a thin glass
  • Only a handful of artisans in Japan who use this specialty technique still remain
