I am a Long Serving Spoon. Being in the service industry is tough. My friends with other positions never understand what I have to go through. But I’m here to help so go ahead, dip me in.
This mixed metal serving spoon is entirely handmade by Mitsuhiro Konishi in his Okinawa based workshop. We love seeing the irregularities in the hand hammered aged steel heads in contrast to the smooth brass handles. A substantial weight is balanced with an intricate attention to detail with small rivets and subtly curved handles. Holding each piece in your hand truly allows you to savor the sculpted nature the forms have to offer! View the whole collection here.
