  The unembellished form of this little dish shows off the brush-stroke texture that defines Takayoshi Narita's work. Its symmetry is also evidence of his mastery in the craft of forging metals, as he hand-hammers each piece from start to finish. The dish looks wonderful as a tray beneath an incense stand, or as an elegant dish for small sweets.
