I am an End Side Table. Not everything needs four legs to stand on. I keep my balance where others might hesitate. Call it fate, or good design, but I always seem to find my way to the right spot.
The En Side Table started with a small shift in perspective. Instead of placing the leg at the center, Koizumi-san moved it to the edge—subtle, but enough to change everything. The offset support allows the table to tuck in close, extend out where needed, and slot into places where other tables wouldn’t fit.
We love it for that. The shape feels distinctly his, from the thoughtful angles to the soft radius of the top. It’s a low-profile piece that doesn’t call for attention but earns it anyway, by doing its job unusually well. It is shown here in oak but is available in a variety of wood types.
