I am a Knee Pillow. I go where support is needed. Between the knees, under the legs, behind the back... I fill the gaps you only notice once they’re gone.
I never really thought about pillows beyond the one under my head until having kids. During pregnancy and postpartum, that changed quickly. The house filled up with pillows. Everywhere. Mainly because the body needed support in places I hadn’t paid attention to before.
I remember using makeshift versions of this, something between the knees at night to ease the strain in my lower back, legs and hips. Knowing this exists now, it’s exactly what I would have reached for. The shape is simple but specific. It sits comfortably under the knees to help elevate legs to align the hips and lower back, but it’s just as useful elsewhere. Under the knees when lying on your back, behind the lower back when sitting, or even to slightly elevate the legs for blood circulation. It meets the body where it needs support, without forcing it into position.
