The Ambai cutting knives fit comfortably in the hand and feature high-performance cutting blades made by a renowned stainless steel blade manufacturer in the Gifu prefecture of Japan.

    • The handle has an easy-to-grip shape
    • We recommend hand washing and using a non-metallic, soft sponge to wash the blade
    • Wipe the blade and wood handle dry after washing
    • Sharpen the blade when necessary, approximately once a month
